BSc in Respiratory Therapy

B.Sc. Respiratory Therapy or Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy is a 3-year undergraduate course which is a branch of Biology course. The objective of this course is to train students in the methodologies and process of analyzing, treating, and carrying out the diagnostic checks.

The candidates who have completed 10+2 with Physics, Biology, and Chemistry and have secured at least 60% marks in aggregate are eligible to pursue a B.Sc. Respiratory Therapy course. BSc in Respiratory Therapy: Admission Process

The admission process for BSc in Respiratory Therapist course would either be granted on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam or direct admission which is Mark's obtained by a candidate in 10+2. To get admission into the top colleges, candidates must qualify the entrance exams conducted by the university or any state/ national level entrance test. After qualifying the test, aspirants must face group discussion or personal interview round followed by Documents verification round. 

For Direct admission or merit-based admission candidates must score good grades in their 10+2 Board exam. Candidates are selected for the BSc in Respiratory Therapist course by their scores and then a list of selected students is released by the college/ university 

Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants applying for B. Sc Respiratory Therapist course should have cleared their class 12th boards examinations in the science stream from a recognized board of education.

Students must have secured 60% minimum aggregate marks or higher in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) subjects or equivalent.
