M.Pharma in Health Education Admission
M.Pharma in Health Education is a two-year course. The course is based on pharmaceutical sciences that deal with the study of drugs and medicines. It enhances students’ theoretical, technical, and practical knowledge in the field of pharmacy and also develops curiosity among the students to carry out further pharmaceutical research.
After the completion of this degree, the students can practice as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work in a range of industries related to the prescription, manufacture & provision of medicines. B Pharmacy courses can also be pursued by students who want to make a career in the pharmaceutical industry abroad, by studying courses in B Pharmacy Abroad.
Eligibility Criteria for M.Pharma in Health Education
1. The interested candidate must have an undergraduate degree that is a minimum of 3 years with at least 50 percent marks in aggregation, from a recognized educational institution.
2. The candidate must have studied any of the following subjects: Botany, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Agriculture, Ayurveda, Applied Sciences, and B.Sc., Management, among others.
3. Work experience is preferred by a few institutions but is not compulsory.
Admission Process of M.Pharma - Health Education
1. Colleges publish admission notices on their website from June when most Indian universities would have finished degree exams.
2. Candidate to apply for each college, as each college considers each mark the cut-off mark.
3. Some private colleges and deemed universities perform their counselling process by conducting their university-level entrance exams.
4. Some colleges require a minimum of 50% aggregate in the qualifying examination.
5. Candidates who qualify for the test are called for an interview before the final seat allotment.
6. Paramedical Admission is done on the basis of both Entrance Exams as well as the basis of Merit. Various Entrance Exams such as UPSEE, GPAT, NEET etc are conducted to enrol students for Paramedical courses.
Career after M.Pharma in Health Education
After completing the course, students can pursue a variety of careers in the pharmaceutical field. Students have the option of working in a pharmaceutical firm or practising as a pharmacist. Students have many possibilities in both the public and private sectors. Candidates may also work for the government.
