LLM in Taxation Law Course

Masters in Law is a 2 year full time advance level post graduation program (divided in semester system) about legal studies that help students to select the branch of interest and gain specialization in that field of law which includes tax laws, international laws etc.

The aspiring students must have a minimum of 55% as an overall aggregate at bachelor’s level to be eligible to pursue masters in law. However, the merit score differs from one institute to another and students must know the criterias set by the college of choice.

Admission to this course is mainly done through the results obtained in the entrance exams such as CLAT PG, AILET PG, IPU CET etc conducted by various institutes. However, there are universities and institutions that grant admissions solely based on the marks obtained by students at the undergraduate level.

LLM in Taxation Law: Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for the application in a program, a candidate must fulfill certain specific criteria set by various institutes.

The students must have a bachelor’s degree in Law or any equivalent degree from the government recognized institute or university with a minimum aggregate of 55%.
