About Course

The Textile Design program offers the ability to transform design ideas into garments and accessories as well as knowledge of the business side of the fashion industry. The design segment of the program is intended to help students develop skills in garments construction and design including tailoring, flat pattern drafting and draping as well as computer pattern drafting and grading to provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of apparel Industry. In addition, marketing courses are designed to enable the students to develop, analyse and implement effective market strategies.
